Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants aged between 18 and 60 years old; who present symptoms of anxiety; have internet access; and agree to participate in the research by signing the Informed Consent Form; without restrictions regarding race, gender and sexual orientation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants not meeting the inclusion criteria; with a history of severe mental disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); currently undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment at the time of study inclusion; illiterate individuals; experiencing communication difficulties that compromise the understanding of the proposed interventions; engaging in abusive use of psychoactive substances
