STROKE SURVIVORS
1. Aged above 25 or over admitted in selected tertiary care hospital
2. Recently diagnosed with (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke).
3. about to be discharged to a home-care setting within the stipulated time (approx. 10-15 days) as directed by the doctorâ??s advice or hospital protocol
4. who will be willing to participate in the present study and those who are willing to undergo in Interventions.
CAREGIVERS
1. aged 18 or above, who are closely associated with stroke survivors admitted in selected tertiary care hospitals.
2. They will be the primary caregiver in the present study.
STROKE SURVIVORS
1. who donâ??t want to participate in the study.
2. suffering from comorbidities such as severe circulatory, digestives, blood, and endocrine disorders, etc.), and Acute conditions like epilepsy.
3. suffering from mental illnesses such as schizoaffective disorders, schizophrenia, psychosis, mood, and panic disorders.
4. who are having any other disabilities prior to the stroke
5. who are not present at the time of intervention and data collection.
CAREGIVERS
1. Those who are under the age of 18 years
2. Those who have any mental illness and cognitive impairment and disabilities.
3. Those caregivers, due to any reason unable to continue 6 months of caregiving time.
