Brief Summary
Purpose of the Study
This study aims to assess pregnancy stress and fear of antenatal women in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, to identify the associated factors affecting pregnancy and to inform the consultant obstetrician in case of severe fear for further assessment, treatment and referral.

- 19.00 Year(s) to 35.00 Year(s) (—)
- Sex
- Female
Inclusion Criteria
- •Antenatal women ≥19 years of age Antenatal women who can read and write Kannada and English.
- •Antenatal women, including both primi gravida, multi gravida and grand multi gravida.
- •Antenatal women during their second and third trimester.
- •Antenatal women visiting antenatal OPD of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal.
- •Antenatal women admitted in antenatal ward of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Antenatal women not willing to participate.
- •Antenatal mothers who have a history of mental health disorders or intake of psychiatric medications.
- •Current diagnosis of Covid-19.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Assess pregnancy stress, fear and associated factors during COVID-19 pandemic
Time Frame: 6 months
Secondary Outcomes
- Find out the factors associated with pregnancy stress and fear during COVID-19 pandemic(6 months)
