1)Patients of either sex in the age group of above 30 years and below 70 years.
2)Patients diagnosed of on the basis of classical parameters of prameha, with or without complications of prameha.
3)Patients of prameha taking conventional or ASU drugs for its treatment except MadhumehÄ?ri cÅ«rá¹?a without any change since last 3 months
4)Fasting plasma glucose between 126 mg/dl to 200 mg/dl or Post Prandial glucose level 200mg/dl to 300 mg/dl.
5)HbA1c is between 6.5% -10%
1)Patient having severe complication.
2)Patient having Diabetes mellitus Type-1[IDDM].
3)Patients with other metabolic and endocrine disorders.
4)Patients having any other malignancies, any other serious illness.
5)Patients with diabetic wound / ulcers.
6)Patients having chronic complications of Type 2 Diabetes.
7)Other chronic debilitating disease like STD etc.
Pregnant and lactating women.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method improvement of Quality of life. <br/ ><br>Assessment of QoL- At the baseline patient will be assessed for QoL with the help of MDQoL-17 (developed and validated by Acharya et al. 2014). It consists of 17 questions that comprise seven domains, which include physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health problems, role limitations due to personal or emotional problems, emotional well-being, social functioning, energy/ fatigue, and general health perceptions.
