1. Elective surgery under general anesthesia or regional anesthesia with operative time more than 120 minutes.
2.ASA physical status 1-3
3.Patient who is able to verbally communicate in response to research's questionnaires.
4.Patient whose core temperature is measured below 36 celsius at Post anesthetic care unit.
5.Patient who is consent to the research.
1.Patient whose core temperature is measured more than 37.5 celsius or has clinical sepsis.
2.Patient who is not consent to the research.
3.Patient who is unable to verbally communicate in response to research's questionnaires.
4.Patient under certain conditions that forced air warming cannot be used with such as uncooperative, burn, agitated patient or delirium.
