入选标准
- •Adult patients in the age group of 18-65 years with midline primary ventral wall hernia, incisional hernia, recurrent hernia, with 2-8cm defect size (measured clinically) will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Incisional hernia > 8cm in size
- •2.Complicated hernia (strangulated)
- •3.Patients with significant co-morbidities like coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, chronic bronchitis, renal and hepatic failure
- •4.Patients unfit for general anesthesia
- •5.Patients with uncontrolled coagulopathy
- •6.Patients who refused to give consent
