Inclusion Criteria

All patients whom underwent endovascular procedure for TRAS.First-line imaging test to establish the diagnosis of RAS is duplex sonography (DUS) which showed increase in peak systolic velocity > 2 m/s. Other modalities that we also used were CTA and MRA to establish the diagnosis before proceed to invasive angiography.

Exclusion Criteria

-The patient with primary or associated acute or chronic allograft rejection.
-The patient with primary allograft disease.
-The patient with urological complication or infection.
