Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Sedentary elderly people with no habit of regular exercise for more than 1hour per week.
  • 2\)Age group 60 to 79
  • 3\)Both male and female subjects
  • 4\)MoCA score 10\-25
  • 5\)Both the hypertensive and non\-hypertensive individuals

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Berg balance score ââ?°Â¤ 20
  • 2\)Any other neurological or orthopedic conditions
  • 3\)Visual impairments
  • 4\)Hearing problems
  • 5\)History of stroke, angina, cardiac surgeries
  • 6\)Stage 2 hypertension\- Systolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 160mmHg or diastolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 100mmHg
  • 7\)Marked dementia
