Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Sedentary elderly people with no habit of regular exercise for more than 1hour per week.
- •2\)Age group 60 to 79
- •3\)Both male and female subjects
- •4\)MoCA score 10\-25
- •5\)Both the hypertensive and non\-hypertensive individuals
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Berg balance score ââ?°Â¤ 20
- •2\)Any other neurological or orthopedic conditions
- •3\)Visual impairments
- •4\)Hearing problems
- •5\)History of stroke, angina, cardiac surgeries
- •6\)Stage 2 hypertension\- Systolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 160mmHg or diastolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 100mmHg
- •7\)Marked dementia
