? Patient who treated for primary degenerative osteoarthritis
? kellgren Lawrence Gr 1 to 3 in radiograph patients with who complaining of pain in the knee joint over 3 months before research and has no effect or can’t use for side effect on NSAIDs
? Patient who is not a primary degenerative arthritis same as rheumarthritis or traumatic arthritis.
? patient who is primary degenerative arthritis with Kellgren Lawrence Gr4
? be suspected of knee joint pain by meniscus injury
? In case of intra articular injection within 3 months
? In case of Diabetes, inflammation, malignant tumor
? In case of coagulopathy or being treated by anticoagulants
? In case of hemoglobin level is under 11 or platelet level is under 15
? In case of variation of knee joint varus/vargus more than 5 degree
? had previously surgery around knee joint area such as ligament surgery or high tibial osteotomy
