Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All women visiting obstetrics and gynecology OPD in AIIMS Bibinaga with heavy menstrual bleeding without a structural cause.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Samples displaying evidence of hyperplasia or atypia on microscopic evaluation.
- •2\)Samples with tissue that are inadequate for further immunohistochemical evaluation
- •3\)Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease or any other conditions affecting the immunity like autoimmune diseases.
- •4\)Patients on immune modifying drugs.
