Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criterion: pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy without history of urinary infection during pregnancy. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to complete a questionnaire; receiving information from other sources by the end of sampling in the field of urinary tract infection; history of urinary infection during pregnancy; predisposing diseases for urinary infection including kidney disease, diabetes mellitus and immune deficiency.
