主要终点: The compositions of microbiomes and metagenomics in urine and vaginal fluid between pelvic floor dysfunction and healthy women.

Objectives:

To study the microbiome and metagenomics of urine and vaginal fluid samples in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and controls subjects without these diseases in our centre;
To explore the underlying factors and pathophysiology related to different pelvic floor dysfunction from microbiology.

•Women over 18 years old;
•(1) Cases: patients who present with pelvic floor dysfunction and require urodynamic study in our unit;
•(2) Controls: patients who are scheduled for benign gynaecological operation unrelated to pelvic floor dysfunction;
•Willing to give written consent.
