Age between 19-35 years
Primiparous
Gestational age between 37-41 weeks (according to ultrasound before 12 weeks or LMP)
Singleton, Vertex show
Dilatation 4-5 cm (at the beginning of the active phase of labor)
Having three contractions in 10 minutes
Suitability of pelvic position
suffering from chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, rheumatism and epilepsy
using analgesic drugs (chemical or herbal) in the last 8 hours
history of unfortunate events such as the death of a spouse or a close relative during pregnancy
having a known mental illness
suffering from pregnancy complications such as pre-eclampsia, chorioamnionitis, etc
obstetric complications (such as colic, abnormal fetal heart rate, etc.) at the time of entering the study
The presence of a wound or skin condition in the area of ??points BL23

Emergency caesarean section

Name Time Method Pain intensity of the first stage of labor. Timepoint: Before the intervention and then after the intervention in dilatations of 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10 cm and during uterine contractions. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.
