入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients 30 years or more with moderate to severe chronic generalized periodontitis having probing pocket depth >= 5mm on contralateral sites and indicated for surgery.
- •2.Patients having 20 or more teeth.
- •3.Patients with bilateral Millerâ??s Class I & II gingival recession sites and CAL >= 4mm
- •4.Patients with pronounced bilateral melanin pigmentation associated with a healthy periodontium. (Dummettâ??s Score).
- •5.Sites with furcation involvement.
- •6.No definitive periodontal treatment during 6 months prior to enrollment.
排除标准
- •1.Patients suffering from any known systemic diseases and disorders affecting wound healing.
- •2.Chronic or continuous use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within the preceeding two months.
- •3.Patients under systemic antibiotics, corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs.
- •4.Pregnant women or lactating women.
