Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women aged between 30 and 50 years
- •A history of non\-specific chronic low back pain for at least three months
- •Having lumbar hyperlordosis
- •Not having a history of heart problems, stroke
- •Back pain level greater than 3 according to the visual analogue scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having other deformities in the spine
- •History of serious spine injury
- •Reluctance to participate in exercises
