Inclusion Criteria
Women aged between 30 and 50 years
A history of non-specific chronic low back pain for at least three months
Having lumbar hyperlordosis
Not having a history of heart problems, stroke
Back pain level greater than 3 according to the visual analogue scale
Exclusion Criteria
Having other deformities in the spine
History of serious spine injury
Reluctance to participate in exercises
