Inclusion Criteria
Those who are not practicing any form of yoga/ meditation for the past 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
i.Participants with any kind of illness (acute/ chronic)
ii.Participants with history of smoking, drug abuse, alcohol consumption, pregnant and lactating women
