The study compares the effectiveness of Ksheerbala Taila Matrabasti and Shatapushpa Taila Matrabasti in treating Udavartani Yonivyapad or primary dysmenorrhea. 入选标准

•Patients willing to give written informed consent.Female participants age: 19 to 40 years.Already diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea (Udavarta Yoni Vyapad).
•Regular menstrual cycles (21–35 days).

排除标准

•Patient having any major or minor systemic disease.
•History of secondary Dysmenorrhea due to underlying pathology (e.g., endometriosis, fibroids).
