简要总结
Low back pain is a major cause of disability among dentists due to prolonged static postures and poor ergonomics. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of motor control exercise on pain range of motion stability and disability. A quasi experimental study was conducted with 40 dentists divided into two groups. Group A received motor control exercise along with conventional exercise while Group B received only conventional exercise for 4 weeks. Outcomes measured before and after intervention included pain range of motion stability and disability. Results showed significant improvements in both groups but Group A had greater improvement in all measures. The study concludes that motor control exercise combined with conventional exercise is more effective in reducing pain improving range of motion enhancing stability and decreasing disability among dentists with low back pain.
