- •Subjects with age >50 years.
- •Patients who undergo open heart surgery including ( coronary and valvular) procedures

- •Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
- •Patients who have thoracic, abdominal, or cerebral aneurysms
- •recent cardiothoracic or abdominal surgery.
