Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery
  • •(Coronary artery bypass graft, Aortic valve
  • •replacement, Mitral valve replacement, Aneurysm
  • •repair, Angioplasty)
  • •2\.Patients with age between 45\-70 years
  • •3\.Patients with ICU stay \>48 hours after cardiac

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of previous/current psychiatric
  • •2\.Patient with previous brain injury with residual
  • •cognitive deficits or intellectual disability
  • •3\.Patients with pre\-existing neuromuscular
  • •4\.Patients with recent lower limb fracture
  • •5\.Patients with unstable vitals
  • •6\.Patients who are not willing to participate
