Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery
- •(Coronary artery bypass graft, Aortic valve
- •replacement, Mitral valve replacement, Aneurysm
- •repair, Angioplasty)
- •2\.Patients with age between 45\-70 years
- •3\.Patients with ICU stay \>48 hours after cardiac
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of previous/current psychiatric
- •2\.Patient with previous brain injury with residual
- •cognitive deficits or intellectual disability
- •3\.Patients with pre\-existing neuromuscular
- •4\.Patients with recent lower limb fracture
- •5\.Patients with unstable vitals
- •6\.Patients who are not willing to participate
