children aged 1 month- 14 years admitted in pediatric ICU requiring central venous catheterisation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Coagulation defects
2.Patients on anticoagulant therapy
3.Infection at puncture site
4.Pneumothorax
5.Chest deformities
6.Prior clavicle fracture
7.Prior thoracic surgery
8.Distorted anatomy of the neck and clavicle
9.H/o Radiotherapy, scar, past surgery over site of catheterization
