Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. based on screening through Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) Shorter Version,
  • •2\. participants will not have any prior exposure to any form of yoga or meditation practice,
  • •3\. normal healthy male participants,
  • •4\. willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. the presence of cognitive or neurological disorder, based on a medical history and routine clinical examination, 2\. intake of any meditation, which is known to influence cognition,
  • •3\. Addiction to other psychoactive substances
