Inclusion Criteria
- •All adult patients with TBI admitted in adult ICU and neuro IC
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant patients and patients who do not consent to participate will be excluded from the study
- •2\. Patients with direct orbital trauma, facial or airway trauma, limb fracture or spinal cord injury and alcohol intoxication
