Brief Summary

All the specimens withclinical suspicion of hyperpigmentation of skin would be collected and placedin 10% formalin. 3 dimensional gross examination would be done and afterroutine processing  and embedding inparaffin wax 3-5 microns sections would be taken. H&E stain would be usedand microscopy would be done.

Inclusion Criteria

Skin biopsies of all hyperpigmented skin disorders of all age groups and both sexes of patients attending tertiary care hospital Bhavnagar.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with bleeding diathesis Samples with inadequate material.
