Inclusion Criteria
- •Not having a history of participating in similar research
- •Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study
- •Entry of participating nurses with at least six months of nursing in the emergency department
Exclusion Criteria
- •Incomplete shift in the emergency room.
- •Occurrence of an important crisis in life during study (such as physical, mental illness or family and social problems)
