Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients in geriatric rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Center Oldenburg with the following main diagnoses: heart failure, condition after transcatheter aortic valve implantation, condition after surgical replacement of the heart valves, myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, cardiomyopathy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •No participation in the geriatric rehabilitation program
