Inclusion Criteria

Patients in geriatric rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Center Oldenburg with the following main diagnoses: heart failure, condition after transcatheter aortic valve implantation, condition after surgical replacement of the heart valves, myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, cardiomyopathy.

Exclusion Criteria

No participation in the geriatric rehabilitation program
