Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Patients with symptomatic lumbar spondylolisthesis not improving on 6 months of conservative management
  • •2 Patient age between 18\-60 years
  • •3 Single level listhesis
  • •4 Grade I or II listhesis as per Meyerding classification

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Patients with osteoporosis/ Trauma.
  • •2 Patients with high grade listhesis (III, IV).
  • •3 Spondylolisthesis at L5\-S1 level
  • •4 Patients who are medically unfit for surgery.
  • •5 Previous surgery at proposed treatment level.
  • •6 Patients not consenting for surgery
  • •7 Multiple level listhesis
