1 Patients with symptomatic lumbar spondylolisthesis not improving on 6 months of conservative management
2 Patient age between 18-60 years
3 Single level listhesis
4 Grade I or II listhesis as per Meyerding classification
1 Patients with osteoporosis/ Trauma.
2 Patients with high grade listhesis (III, IV).
3 Spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 level
4 Patients who are medically unfit for surgery.
5 Previous surgery at proposed treatment level.
6 Patients not consenting for surgery
7 Multiple level listhesis
