Secondary end points:<br /><br>histological assessment of both the tight junction complex in the small bowel<br /><br>as well as liver fibrosis as present in routine clinical pre- or preoperative<br /><br>liver biopsies or as assessed using Fibroscan and/or APRI</p><br>
