Inclusion Criteria
Patients 18 to 74 years of age who had indications for colonoscopy.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with impared renal (serum creatinine >= 2.0 mg/dL), hepatic (ALT >= 80 IU/L)
History of gastrointestinal obstruction, ileus, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 170 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg), or any prior bowel resection.
