Stroke patients
Age group 18 â?? 80 years
Both genders
Spasticity level â?? Grade 2 & 3 according to modified tardieu scale
Able to walk at least 10 metres with or without assistance.
History of multiple strokes
Neurological conditions other than stroke causing spasticity
Orthopaedic conditions or deformities affecting functional mobility
Botulinum toxin injection for plantar flexor within last 6 months
MMSE score less than 24
Patients with metal implants near the rPMS stimulation site.
Patients with infection such as (cellulitis) near the rPMS stimulation site.
