- •Patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •bleeding tendency, on anticoagulants therapy, peripheral
- •neuropathy, allergy to amide local anaesthetics, mental disorders, local infection at injection
- •site and patients who refuse to participate in study will be excluded.
