Inclusion Criteria
- •Age of majority (over 18 years) and ability to give consent
- •\- Elective, outpatient surgical procedure in the AOP of the University Hospital Aachen.
- •\- Participant:in has an internet\-enabled device (cell phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) with a stable internet connection, camera as well as microphone and loudspeaker
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Insurmountable language or cognitive barriers (e.g., language barrier, dementia, laryngectomy).
- •\- Procedures that involve a postoperative inpatient stay
