Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Informed consent, age between 18 and 85 years, sufficient level of Polish language, access to the internet and smartphone, willingness to participate in two anonymous online surveys, willingness to participate in the 6\-week self\-help smartphone app intervention, willingness to use the self\-help smartphone app at one' s own responsibility, willingness to leave an anonymous email address for the survey.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria are: acute suicidality (measured with the PHQ\-9 item 9, cut\-off \> 2\).
