Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Aged 18 years old and over
  • •2\. Female gender
  • •3\. Surgery for breast cancer
  • •4\. Subacromial pain syndrome
  • •5\. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) \> 5
  • •6\. Signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Allergies to triamcinolone or lidocaine
  • •2\. Severe thrombocytopenia (\<10,000plt) or bleeding disorders
  • •3\. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy in progress
  • •4\. Metastatic disease
  • •5\. Shoulder tendon lesions
  • •6\. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders
  • •7\. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
