Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18 years old and over
- •2\. Female gender
- •3\. Surgery for breast cancer
- •4\. Subacromial pain syndrome
- •5\. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) \> 5
- •6\. Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Allergies to triamcinolone or lidocaine
- •2\. Severe thrombocytopenia (\<10,000plt) or bleeding disorders
- •3\. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy in progress
- •4\. Metastatic disease
- •5\. Shoulder tendon lesions
- •6\. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders
- •7\. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
