Inclusion Criteria
-
- Menopausal women after 5 Years with Age between 55.
- 80 years. 2) Patients with (low and moderate risk) balance affected. 3) MMSE (Mini-Mental Scale Examination) greater than equal to 24.
Exclusion Criteria
-
- Patients with severe risk of balance affected.

- Recent Fracture or any surgery.

- Any neurological condition like CVA, vestibular dysfunction.

- Any cardiorespiratory condition such as uncontrolled hypertension and Diabetes mellitus that might affect the intervention.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Timed Up and Go test (TUG). The outcomes will be assessed pre-intervention on 1st day and will be followed up within 6 weeks.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The Falls Efficacy Scale – International. The outcomes will be assessed pre-intervention on 1st day and will be followed up within 6 weeks. Functional Reach test. The outcomes will be assessed pre-intervention on 1st day and will be followed up within 6 weeks.
