Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Normal Individuals
  • •2\)Normal BMI / Overweight
  • •3\)Age 20\-40 (Both Genders)
  • •4\)Individual willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Obese Individuals (May have reduced respiratory muscle Strength)
  • •2\)Individuals with history of any oral pathology (Will have problem while breathing in and out)
  • •3\)Individuals with any respiratory or lungs disorder (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength)
  • •4\)Individuals with neurological conditions involving respiratory problems (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength)
  • •5\)Chronic smokers (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength)
  • •6\)Individuals with respiratory tract infection within two weeks of data collection (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength
  • •7\) recent history of COVID
