Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Healthy male athletes aging 18\-30 years.
- •2\.Players practicing kabbadi at least 3 times in a week.
- •3\.Players having an experience of at least 2 years in kabbadi.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Recreational players or players having participation in other game along side kabaddi.
- •2\.Any present musculoskeletal injury or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle or back regions.
- •3\.Uncooperative players or players unwilling to participate.
- •4\.Players who have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorder/s.
- •5\.Any history of recent surgery of back and lower limb.
