- •Patient posted under General Anaesthesia with duration < 4 hours
- •American Society of Anestehsiologist (ASA) grade I or II
- •Between age 18-50 years of either sex
排除标准
- •Patient refusal for procedure. History of recent respiratory tract infection. History of pre-operative sore throat. Smoking habit. Patient on long term steroid or analgesic treatment. Patient on chronic treatment with Magnesium.
