- •Age among 18\-24
- •Both Male and Female participants
- •Satisfying PARQ\+ questionnaire
- •Practicing regularly
Exclusion Criteria
- •Players having any recent injury
- •Players having any systemic illness
- •Players who are not on regular practice
- •Players involved in any other training method
