Inclusion Criteria
Hemodynamically stable
Above 18 years
Both gender will be included
Concious and oriented
First CABG surgery
Having chest tube more then 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with cognitive deficit
Central or peripheral neurological sequelae
With painful symptoms of undiagnosed cause
Presence of metallic implants
Patient with Pacemaker
Patient with local infection
Any other musculoskeletal pain in thoracic region
Burns or any other skin disease
Patient with invasive Ventilator support
