Inclusion Criteria
1 Sample of both sexes of age group above 3 years and below 18 years irrespective of their race caste religion and socioeconomic status
2 Pre diagnosed ASD cases as per DSM 5 with or without any comorbidities
3 For initial screening only those cases were selected who have fulfilled the criteria of ISAA scale and their score must lie within 70 to 153
Exclusion Criteria
1 If patient is under any allopathic treatment
2 Dependence of any kind of substance
3 Patient suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life threatening infections or any vital organ failure or any malignancy
