入选标准
- •1.All patient above 18 years requiring mechanical ventilation > 48 Hours
- •2.Anticipated ICU stay >96h
- •3.Patients with Acute illness; onset of symptoms <72 hours.
排除标准
- •1.Readmission in to ICU
- •2.Pregnancy
- •3.Patients who stayed in the hospital =5 days in the past 2 weeks and not ambulating independently prior to illness that led to this ICU admission
- •4.Unable to obtain ultrasound images
- •5.Patient/ attenders who do not consent
