- •1.Patients of Pre labour rupture of membranes with more than 37 weeks period of gestation.
- •2.single live fetus in cephalic presentation.
- •3.Bishops score of less than 6.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with features of chorioamniotis.
- •2.Previous cesarean section.
- •3.History of antepartum hemorrhage.
- •4.Absolute indications for cesarean section.
- •5.Maternal heart disease, glaucoma and asthama
- •6.fetal intra uterine growth restriction.
