�Patient having the symptoms of Knee Joint Pain, Stiffness, Tenderness, Crepitation and Restricted movement of Knee joint.
�Patients who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation.
�Patients who are willing to take X-ray before and after treatment.
�Patients who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent form.
1 History of Trauma and fracture, Ligament injury
2 Other types of Arthritis (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Septic Arthritis, Reactive Arthritis etc.,)
3 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension
4 Pregnancy women and lactating mothers.
5 Benign and malignant Neoplasm
6 Patient with any other Autoimmune Diseases.
7 Patient who are having the skin disease
