n order to be included in the study, the patient must present at the Clinic for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the university clinic Aachen as part of the regular implant recall program.
Assignment to the diagnosis of healthy, perimucositis and peri-implantitis is then carried out in a controlled manner depending on the clinical findings.
The exclusion criteria here are patients with an acute intraoral abscess, minors, pregnant women and patients taking antibiotics or medication that affect blood circulation or the physiological condition of the intraoral mucous membranes.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this clinical study is to determine value limits for various perfusion parameters such as peri-implant hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation as well as blood flow and to compare these with the clinical examination results of patients with healthy implants and implants showing peri-implant inflammation.<br>After completion of the examination of 24 patients with implants in microvascular grafts, the values of the clinical examinations are compared with the results of the perfusion measurements and correlations are determined.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluation of perfusion-related and clinical values.
