Inclusion Criteria
Healthy adults aged 18-25 years with periodontal pockets ≤ 3 mm, crowding of maxillary anterior teeth with an irregularity index19 score > 6 mm, and upper lip protrusion
Exclusion Criteria
Failure of a bonded bracket and use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs during the study
