- •Moderate or higher anxiety symptoms (GAD\-7 score 10 points or higher) Moderate or higher depressive symptoms (PHQ\-9 score 10 points or higher) Alcohol dependence Drug addiction Suicidal ideation (PHQ\-9 Q9 score is 2 points or more) Have been diagnosed with serious, progressive physical illnesses such as cancer and heart failure Have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, mood disorders and alcohol dependence Currently undergoing outpatient treatment for some illness including headache
