With a diagnosis of sepsis acute change in total SOFA score >=2 points consequent to the infection according to Sepsis 3 definition and
septic shock- defined as sepsis with persisting hypotension requiring vasopressors to maintain a MAP >= 65 mmHg and having a serum lactate level > 2 mmol/L despite adequate volume resuscitation.
1 New Onset ACS within 1 Week
2Diagnosed heart failure, severe valvular heart disease such as severe mitral or aortic stenosis or tricuspid stenosis or regurgitation/prosthetic heart valves

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the ability of the 5- parameter Right Ventricular Dysfunction Score (RVD) score in predicting 28- day all-cause mortality among septic patients.Timepoint: Baseline, 48hrs- RVD Score

28day mortality
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1To establish relationship between RVD Score and:

a Mechanical Ventilation duration

b.Vasopressor free days

c. Need for Renal Replacement Therapy

d. ICU length of stay

2. To compare RVD score & Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion/Pulmonary Artery Systolic Pressure ratio in predicting 28-day all-cause mortality among patients with sepsis & septic shock.

Timepoint: 28 days
