Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To determine the ability of the 5- parameter Right Ventricular Dysfunction Score (RVD) score in predicting 28- day all-cause mortality among septic patients.Timepoint: Baseline, 48hrs- RVD Score

28day mortality
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1To establish relationship between RVD Score and:

a Mechanical Ventilation duration

b.Vasopressor free days

c. Need for Renal Replacement Therapy

d. ICU length of stay

2. To compare RVD score & Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion/Pulmonary Artery Systolic Pressure ratio in predicting 28-day all-cause mortality among patients with sepsis & septic shock.

Timepoint: 28 days
